Junior Facility Manager (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:

Technical and disciplinary responsibility for employees in your assigned building
Ensuring the delivery of contracted services for the assigned building
Acting as the main point of contact for the client regarding all technical building management matters
Managing the building team, planning staff deployment, and ensuring internal cost allocation for assigned employees
Overall responsibility for complex technical systems in the building

Your profile:

Technical education, such as in electronics, energy systems, electrical installation, or heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing
Additional training as a technician or master would be ideal, but not mandatory
Valid driver's license (Class B)
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP would be beneficial
