Job Description

  • The Solution Engineer at Crystal Downs Country Club is responsible for understanding how software and technology can be used to solve complex business challenges.
  • This role is not directly involved in selling software to clients, but works closely with the sales team to support software sales throughout the sales cycle.
  • The Solution Engineer plays a crucial role in helping the club meet revenue targets while also assisting clients in achieving their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with potential customers to gain a thorough understanding of their business objectives.
  • Conduct value assessments with potential customers to identify their business pains and how our solutions can address them.
  • Consult with customers to help build internal business cases and create a compelling value proposition for investing in our software.
  • Deliver software demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our software in relation to the client's objectives.
  • Collaborate with product management to provide feedback and drive innovation.
  • Work with implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Assist account executives and sales managers in developing sales strategies using best practices.
  • Coordinate and complete tender documentation, such as RFI, RFP, RFQ, from clients.
