Sales Manager for new customer acquisition - Burlington, United States - Galaxy Group
Description
What can you expect?
- You will support marketing and sales in maintaining and expanding the address database
- You will qualify addresses by contacting the IT decision makers by phone and specifically asking for information and needs that are important for an initial conversation with our sales team
- You will present our company and product portfolio with added value over the phone
- You will schedule a visit with a sales representative for your contact
- You will maintain and nurture relationships by sending targeted product information and invitations to events
- You will record activity reports in the CRM system
What should you bring?
- You have previous experience in a call center or sales
- You exude friendliness over the phone and can persistently and empathetically obtain desired contacts and information
- You ideally have knowledge of the industry and common IT vocabulary
- You are communicative, team-oriented, customer-focused, and enjoy working with and motivating yourself. Flexibility and enjoyment in dealing with customers are your strengths
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and show creativity in creating mailings and interest events, as well as a careful and accurate approach to maintaining contact information
