Your tasks - what you will do with us

You will support our HR departments (recruiting, personnel marketing, business partnering, personnel development, training, controlling) and develop into a sought-after HR all-rounder.
Your daily tasks could not be more diverse, including:
- organizing our seminars and events, meaning you coordinate with all parties involved and take care of participant management.
- reviewing application documents and assisting with the selection of, for example, trainees.
- supporting organizational and assistant tasks (e.g. invoice processing in SAP) and independently taking on projects.
- participating in various HOCHBAHN projects such as trade fairs and excursions.
You will also be in daily contact with our colleagues in the HR department and throughout the company.
In addition, we will train you in handling numbers, statistics, and presentations.
