We are currently seeking Pedagogical Professionals (m/f/d) to join our team in our residential group homes, either on a temporary or permanent basis, starting immediately in part-time or full-time.


Your responsibilities will include:

shaping the pedagogical daily routine in a residential group home, providing care for children and adolescents in shift work with targeted pedagogical projects or activities, promoting individual development, and collaborating with youth welfare offices, specialized personnel, schools, and parents.

Compensation will be in accordance with the AVR-Caritas collective agreement with additional benefits.
