    Job Opening: Traffic Coordinator at Wilmington Paper

    Company: Wilmington Paper (WP) is a family business based in Parsippany, New Jersey, with a history dating back to 1977. Specializing in Folding Carton and Converting Plants, we have implemented THE PROGRAM across the nation and globally.

    About the Role: As a Traffic Coordinator, you'll play a key role in managing material flow, ensuring timely pickups, and efficient deliveries to customers. You'll work closely with various parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively handle all export shipments.
    • Manage customer and supplier POs and bookings.
    • Coordinate with truckers and suppliers for successful execution of bookings.
    • Handle export documentation accurately and efficiently.
    • Communicate effectively with suppliers, shippers, and customers.
    • Ensure timely invoicing and billing accuracy.
    • Identify logistics risks and opportunities.
    • Secure freight rates and settle claims efficiently.
    • Process freight claims and customer complaints.

    Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of experience in logistics or freight handling.
    • Detail-oriented individual with strong communication skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • Proficiency in Excel and freight software.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working under pressure.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
    • Degree in a related field preferred.
