Responsibilities:


  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning equipment
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • Upsell and promote specials or featured drinks
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:


  • Proven experience as a bartender in a similar setting
  • Extensive knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
  • Must be of legal drinking age and able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
