    Position Summary

    The IT Business Analyst - Supply Chain position is instrumental in supporting and optimizing business operations and systems within the Supply Chain department. The primary focus is on overseeing the management, enhancement, and efficiency of order processing systems. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with operational teams and IT specialists to deploy and maintain systems that streamline order management processes.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Assess existing systems to pinpoint areas for improvement and devise strategies for enhancing system performance.
    • Engage with field and corporate operations teams to ascertain business needs and develop tailored system solutions.
    • Customize enterprise systems to align with specific business requirements.
    • Provide daily support to end-users to ensure timely issue resolution.
    • Conduct testing of system upgrades and enhancements to ensure seamless integration and compliance with business standards.
    • Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users to enhance proficiency in system operations.
    • Create and update system documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training resources.
    • Participate in system upgrades and deployments, offering insights on design, configuration, and testing.


    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in analyzing, designing, configuring, and implementing Oracle E-Business Suite, with a specific focus on Order Management/EDI.
    • Understanding of supply chain fulfillment processes and related systems like ERP and Order Management Systems.
    • Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.


    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, process mapping, and test script development.
    • Proficiency in systems analysis, encompassing software configuration, solution design documentation, and functional testing.
    • Knowledge of SAS products.
    • Experience with Image Recognition tools like Esker.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks from diverse stakeholders.
