As the Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support throughout the clinic.

Ensuring a smooth flow throughout the clinic is key to providing the best care we can for our patients.


Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting and welcoming patients
• Scheduling appointments and maintaining the schedule
• Ensuring patients attend their scheduled appointments
• New patient intake and communications
• Verifying insurance coverage and providing explanation of benefits to patients
• Handling and processing authorizations
• Assisting with other billing department functions

Pay:
$42, $50,000.00 per year
