Primary Purpose of Organizational Unit - In partnership with faculty, staff and graduate students, OASIS provides thoughtful, innovative and sustainable technical solutions to advance the College's mission to 'prepare people to solve the world's most challenging problems.' Information Services provides technology solutions and services in support of the College of Arts and Science's mission; specifically, it puts a personal face on technology services, delivering 'handson' personal, network and instructional technology support to the College community.
The Office:
(1) coordinates all information technology services at the College level; (2) establishes and implements College level computing policy and procedures; (3) represents and advocates information technology interests of the College to the broader community; and (4) acts as the primary liaison between the College and University Information Technology Services. The Office reports directly to the Dean's office, College of Arts and Sciences.
Position Summary
- The primary purpose of the Testing Center Coordinator position is to ensure smooth operations and planning for the Undergraduate Testing Center in regard to staffing, instructor responsiveness, academic integrity and exam security. This position will also perform other duties as assigned and may work occasional nights, weekends and overtime.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements - High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience - Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a commitment to customer service experience including friendly customer care
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and task completion
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
- Experience handling confidential matters
- Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Calendar management and knowledge of database management is preferred. Related work experience is preferred.
- Ability to prioritize work amidst multiple demands and meet deadlines.
- Experience overseeing work schedules

Campus Security Authority Responsibilities
- This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act. This position will be required to report Clery crimes to the Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training about reporting responsibilities.**Position/Schedule Requirements
