- Manage recruitment process including requisitions, postings, screenings, interview setups, and reference checks and assessments, negotiations and offers.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems
- Train and Manage Recruiting Coordinator.
- Design, implement, and manage Franklin Street's College Recruitment Program and Internship Program.
- Execute recruitment strategies with hiring managers utilizing job postings and boards, marketing channels, comprehensive campaigns, etc.
- Collaborate with internal teams and hiring managers on recruiting initiatives and events
- Work with hiring manager to bring on their network industry candidates
- Train hiring managers on recruiting process, interviewing, and lawful recruiting practices
- Track key recruiting metrics and build useful reports through the organization's reporting tool
- Implement meaningful ways to predict candidate success through assessments, samples, etc.
- Ensure all recruiting procedures are within compliance and submit EEO reporting
- Communicate recruiting status of open requisitions with team and leadership.
- Maintain up-to-date job descriptions in collaboration with Human Resources Department.
- Ensure applicants receive great customer service throughout recruiting process,
- Develop relationships with third party staffing firms and educational institutions
- Participate in employment events, such as career fairs and networking events
- Work with the marketing department on current/relevant recruiting materials
- Assists with recruitment budgets and planning when needed.
- Build applicant sources and networks, including job boards, websites, trade groups, social media
- Stay current with recruiting trends and new methods to source top candidates
- May travel to other offices when needed
- 3-5+ years of recruiting experience
- Experience working with the commercial real estate industry, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, preferred
- Knowledge of employment laws and practices
- Proven candidate sourcing and relationship building skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical experience - able to collect and interpret data-based measurements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with fluctuating priorities and deadlines
- Capable of working professionally with various departments and foster teamwork
- Excellent computer skills, specifically MS Office, HRIS systems, LinkedIn, job boards, etc.
- Currently an active duty service member
- Is within 4 to 12 months of separation or retirement
- Will receive an honorable discharge
- Has taken any service TAPS/TGPS
- Has attended or participated in an ethics brief within the last 12 months
- Received Unit Commander (first O-4/Field Grade commander in chain of command) written authorization and approval to participate in DoD SkillBridge Program prior to the start of the internship.

Franklin Street is currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Team in Tampa through the DoD SkillBridge Program.
The Franklin Street DoD SkillBridge Program is open to all ranks, enlisted or officer. We are proud to help our nation's service members make the transition from active duty to civilian life through specific industry training during the end of their service, up to 6 months. Service members will continue to receive military compensation and benefits through the Department of Defense.
