As a Custodial Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring operational excellence and maintaining high standards across our custodial services.
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Proactively schedule and conduct customer visits to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Provide swift and professional responses to inquiries from both customers and employees, fostering a culture of open communication and support.
- Ensure that team members achieve safety, quality and budgetary objectives, upholding our commitment to excellence.
- Oversee and adherence to our company's quality program, guarenteeing completion and compliance.
- Maintain strict compliance with OSHA, MIOSHA, and other government agency regulations to ensure safe work operations.
- Collaborate with recruiting team to facilitate interviewing, hiring and onboarding processes.
Desired Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of proven management experience, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Adaptability to manage tasks amidst changing priorities, showcasing flexibility and resourcefulness.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with diplomacy, confidentiality and tact.
- Stong interpersonal, organizational, and motivational skills to inspire and lead your team effectively.
- Exceptional problemsolving abilities to address changes efficiently and creatively.
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
