Job Summary
The Member Team Lead assists management with supervising associates in assigned areas of responsibility by communicating goals and feedback and providing direction and guidance to ensure member complaints are resolved according to company guidelines.Responsibilities
- Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates communicating goals and feedback training associates on processes and procedures providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures supporting the Open Door Policy: participating in recruiting hiring scheduling promoting coaching evaluating assigns associate training programs monitors associate performance provides coaching development opportunities evaluates performance identifies areas for improvement participates in goal setting communicates results.
- Communicates supports membership by providing information on membership types programs benefits current prospective members processing memberships upgrades credit accounts encouraging renewals participating sales marketing events completing maintaining marketing recaps other required documentation striving meet membership goals promoting value Sams Club products services.
