Job summary
The Team Lead position at GEODIS involves maximizing team productivity by ensuring the team reaches maximum file count and evaluating ETA of shipment versus need to assist other teams with late documents. The role includes leading the team per client SOP's, following through on client requests, and overseeing workflow including classification, entry, billing, OGA issues to ensure team efficiency. Additional responsibilities include assisting team members in resolving issues with Customs, OGA's and Carriers; monitoring Customs exams to prevent mis-deliveries and ensure proper handling by account rep.; reviewing rejected entries and Post Entry work (SIL, Entry Cancellations) before returning them to Customs; monitoring payables and receivables for all accounts; auditing all entries before being submitted to Customs; reviewing daily billing to identify revenue opportunities missed or billing problem areas.Job description
