Description

Tasks:

  • Ensuring smooth operations and optimizing processes in the fleet management department
  • Costresponsible planning, control, and monitoring of the inhouse fleet as well as external service providers
  • Responsibility for the proper technical condition of the inhouse fleet
  • Planning of workshop appointments and inspections
  • Monitoring compliance with legal driving and rest times, regulations from the Working Time Act, and the Road Traffic Act
  • Handling workshop appointments, cost estimates, damages, and accidents
  • Responsibility for the administration of the assigned area
  • Checking tachographs/driving logs

Profile:

  • Traffic manager training required
  • Teamwork, problemsolving skills, commitment, and reliability
  • High sense of responsibility and initiative
  • Proficient in common MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Professional experience in fleet management

Position type:
Full-time


Salary:
Starting at €2,500 per month


Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
