Mission of the Team:


Our Identity, Billing, and Usage team is dedicated to building secure, scalable enterprise software that supports the backbone of our search infrastructure.

In this role, you will lead the charge in enhancing our identity management systems including SSO and RBAC, as well as developing sophisticated billing systems tailored for enterprise-level needs.

As a Staff Product Manager, you will spearhead innovations in identity management systems like SSO and RBAC, and usage analytics platforms.

You'll play a crucial role in designing solutions that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across global markets. You will be a key contributor in go-to-market motions involving enterprise customers.

YOUR ROLE WILL CONSIST OF:


  • Leading the development of enterprisegrade identity management systems utilizing technologies to support our customers with SSO and RBAC
  • Designing and managing complex billing systems that cater to diverse varying pricing models
  • Utilizing usage analytics to drive product decisions and optimize customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating across functions to ensure seamless integration and deployment of new features and systems.
  • Working with Go-ToMarket to execute on enterprise customer acquisition

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU HAVE:

  • Excellent skills in cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Proven leadership skills in product management within the cloud solutions or enterprise software space.
  • Expertise in identity management frameworks, including SSO, RBAC, and IAM services.
  • A strong understanding of billing systems and financial model & packaging
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
  • A passion for leveraging technology to solve complex business problems.
  • 7+ years of product management ideally in enterprise, cloud, or B2B settings

NICE TO HAVE:


  • Experience in highgrowth tech environments or in developing cloudbased software for enterprise clients.

The annual base salary compensation range for this role reflects US market pay data within this location.

The exact compensation offered for this role may vary depending on specific location and job-related knowledge, technical skills, and experience; and is only one part of our Total Rewards philosophy to compensate and recognize employees for their work.


  • Remote US: Base Salary Pay Range
- $205,000—$230,000 USD
