Acenda Integrated Health is recruiting for a Outreach Family Partner to support the Family Success Center Program in Manahawkin, New Jersey.

Acenda's expert team helps each individual, family and community move forward in their journey towards health and happiness.

Key Responsibilities:

Incorporates and implements the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of their work.
Advocates for/with families as needed; increases the family's ability to problemsolve and advocate for themselves and their children.
Establishes a trusting relationship with the families. Participates and assists in coordination of Center activities and events.

Requirements:

Associate's degree in Social Work, Public Health, Human Services, Social Work, Liberal Arts, Criminal Justice or a related field required
Strong engaging, communication and collaboration skills
Professionalism, ethics and a commitment to excellence in care
Must demonstrate initiative, creativity, reliability and the ability to work well independently
Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
