Description

FM Expressions is looking for a meticulous, dedicated,
Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Customer Support team at our
Gordonsville, VA location.


This position will assist the Training and Quality Assurance Manager to effectively train and coach Customer Experience Specialists, Customer Success Managers and Art Services Specialists of all tenures, especially new hire team members so that they surpass productivity and quality objectives.

This role will assist with establishing guidelines governing customer interactions and overseeing monitoring programs, as well as, as assessing, coaching, and implementing quality standards for inbound/outbound calls and written correspondence for Customer Experience, Customer Success and Art Services Specialists.

Recognize and value exceptional customer service and loyalty as critical factors in driving success and maintain departmental standards that ensure customers are consistently satisfied and appreciated.

Provide support to customers, customer experience specialists and key account managers to improve and enhance the overall customer experience.


Pay:
$42, $50,000.00 per year

Experience:


  • Customer service: 4 years (required)
  • CRM software: 2 years (preferred)
