Job Summary:

Duties:


  • Servicing of customer accounts and communicating with customers and vendors on a daily basis.
  • Assist with data entry and maintaining records in QuickBooks
  • Assist with various projects as needed
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Job Type:
Part-time


Pay:
$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
