Job DescriptionSalary:

Established in 2009 by Steve Casey, Casey Construction is a Commercial Drywall & Floor Prep contractor built upon a family tradition of building relationships and providing quality interior finishes. Casey provides services all throughout the metro Washington, DC area and Raleigh, North Carolina. Our projects range across a variety of industries including life sciences, healthcare, law, government, and technology, which primarily consist of tenant fit-outs and interior renovations.

Position Summary: The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations, including inventory management, logistics coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient and organized functioning.

Responsibilities:

Facilitating effective communication between field and office personnel through various mediums including email, text messages, and phone calls.
Coordinating the preparation and loading of equipment and materials for deliveries.
Managing delivery scheduling for the upcoming day.
Maintaining accurate records of warehouse inventory for materials and tools and ensuring timely updates.
Implementing general warehouse organization and cleanliness standards.
Arranging and overseeing vehicle maintenance schedules.
Responding promptly and efficiently to emergency delivery requests.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience in warehouse management or a related field is preferred.
