To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Personal Coordinator in Magdeburg for a permanent position.


We are a competent personnel service provider in the event industry and have been supporting numerous clients and partners worldwide with our employees since 2001.


Our main business is providing experienced stage and steelhands, forklift and (truss) spot drivers, as well as scaffolders, riggers, and technicians for events in the festival, concert, tour, TV, theater, sports, trade fair, congress, and major event sectors.

We are looking for you to join our dynamic and growing team. Despite the ongoing pandemic, there have been no COVID-related layoffs.

Your responsibilities:


You will be the personal contact for our employees and responsible for managing them, as well as determining the personnel needs of our clients and selecting the appropriate workers.


You will be a competent contact for clients and employees before, during, and after events, ensuring optimal communication and information flow.

You will also handle administrative and organizational tasks related to acquisition and scheduling, as well as quality management by reviewing work records.


Your profile:
You enjoy working with people and have a confident demeanor.

You are a resilient and organized individual who can keep a clear head even in stressful situations.

You understand that high commitment also means being flexible with working hours, including a two-shift system and occasional weekend work.

You have experience with MS Excel and ideally with email programs.
