Position:
Verizon Sales Representative

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for customer engagement and sales? Join us as a Sales Representative in a permanent, full-time role.

Be at the forefront of our growth, contributing to new customer enrollment for Nestle's essential Ready Refresh program and telecommunications giant, Verizon.

Key Responsibilities of our Verizon Sales Representative:

Participate in hands-on training led by senior Customer Enrollment Specialists to grasp the fundamentals of the role and gain in-depth product knowledge
Engage with consumers in person, utilizing consultative and qualitybased sales techniques to recommend Verizon's products and subscription packages
Master the sales and enrollment process for each customer, ensuring they are fully informed about the benefits
Adhere to CDC and client compliance guidelines, prioritizing consumer safety during interactions
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism, creating a comfortable and confident environment for consumers
Collaborate with the Customer Enrollment Specialist team to enhance the consumer experience and boost satisfaction
Troubleshoot and problemsolve consumer issues, exceeding expectations with effective resolutions

Verizon Sales Representative Requirements:

High School diploma or GED is a must
A degree in General Business, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields is a PLUS
03+ years of experience in customer service, community engagement, or consumerfacing roles
Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for helping others
Openness to receive training and guidance to fully understand the role of a Sales Representative
Team player with an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our collaborative environment and culture

Pay:
$48, $55,000.00 per year
