Your tasks

  • Support and advice for employees on all personnel-related issues
  • Independent organization and implementation of recruitment processes and personnel marketing activities
  • Performing all administrative tasks, such as creating contracts, amendments, employment certificates, references, and maintaining digital personnel files
  • Taking on personnel development topics
  • Active participation in special tasks and projects in operational and strategic personnel matters to further develop HR processes
  • Coordination of occupational health and safety
  • Support for trainees

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training with further education, e.g. personnel specialist (m/f/d) or university or college degree in business administration
  • Relevant professional experience in operational human resources, ideally in the retail or service sector
  • Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
  • Independence, teamwork, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
