Your tasks
- Support and advice for employees on all personnel-related issues
- Independent organization and implementation of recruitment processes and personnel marketing activities
- Performing all administrative tasks, such as creating contracts, amendments, employment certificates, references, and maintaining digital personnel files
- Taking on personnel development topics
- Active participation in special tasks and projects in operational and strategic personnel matters to further develop HR processes
- Coordination of occupational health and safety
- Support for trainees
Your profile
- Completed commercial training with further education, e.g. personnel specialist (m/f/d) or university or college degree in business administration
- Relevant professional experience in operational human resources, ideally in the retail or service sector
- Strong service orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people
- Independence, teamwork, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
