We are looking for a department head (m/f/d) for the Department of Building Services.

The Department of Building Services is responsible for the operation and maintenance of municipal properties such as schools, day care centers, cultural buildings, administrative buildings, and sports facilities as part of building management.

This also includes the technical operator responsibility. Other tasks include energy management, accounting for the construction sector, construction investment control, and building cleaning.

Position classification:
EG 15 TVöD or BesGr. A 16 BayBesG

Duration:
permanent

Working hours:
full-time

What are your main tasks?

Management of the Department of Building Services with currently around 250 employees
Coordination of all fundamental tasks within the department
Processing of essential matters in the department; making decisions on design, technical, and costrelated processes in the areas of building and technical management as well as cleaning; project management in individual cases
Coordination of budget planning for departments 60 and 64 for IP, assets, and administrative budget
Supervision of project and investment control in accordance with DA Bau
Fulfillment of employer obligations according to § 21 para. 1 SGB VII for the department
Deployment within the disaster management plan of the city of Chamberino

Changes to the area of responsibility are reserved.
