$85,000+ DOE

Responsibilities:

Pretrial litigation including drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, affidavits and settlement agreements
Court appearances
Legal Research
Depositions (experience not required will train)
Direct client contact

Qualifications:

1 year of pretrial litigation experience
Admitted to NYS Bar
Excellent writing skills
