- Initiate contact and schedule meetings with assigned mentees
- Handle administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and communication management
- Maintain records of meetings and stay in regular contact with the Academic Support supervisor
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Assistant Director of Financial Aid or the office supervisor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Calendly
- Strong time management skills to juggle multiple priorities efficiently
- Customer-centric mindset with proactive problems solving abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with the team
- Approval from the Assistant Director of Financial Aid
- Successful completion of NIJRI 015 and NURI 025 courses
- Current student status
- Regular review of financial aid eligibility
- Achievement of mutually set goals with the supervisor
