If you want to work in product teams and be responsible for your own support cases or large customers, Text Control is the right place for you.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for our products, including TX Text Control, TX Spell, and DS Server, via email, live chat, and Teams meetings.
- Reproduce issues and discuss them with various development teams.
- Contribute to product development based on issues and feature requests.
- Act as a liaison between customer requirements and development teams.
The following skills are useful:
- Excellent communication skills - English is required.
- Development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, C#, or JavaScript).
- Ability to work independently and in small teams.
- Self-motivated.
- Experience in software testing.
