If you want to work in product teams and be responsible for your own support cases or large customers, Text Control is the right place for you.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support for our products, including TX Text Control, TX Spell, and DS Server, via email, live chat, and Teams meetings.
Reproduce issues and discuss them with various development teams.
Contribute to product development based on issues and feature requests.
Act as a liaison between customer requirements and development teams.

The following skills are useful:

Excellent communication skills - English is required.
Development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, C#, or JavaScript).
Ability to work independently and in small teams.
Self-motivated.
Experience in software testing.
