Junior High Religion Teacher for the 2024/2025 School Year

Required Qualifications:

Practicing Catholic
BA/BS Degree
Willingness to embrace the Catholic values and traditions of Saint Robert Catholic School
Enthusiasm for teamwork, collaboration
Excellent communication skills

Preferred Qualifications - Experience teaching in a Catholic School (and ideally at the junior high level) - Valid California teaching credential (or equivalent) - MA Degree

Responsibilities - Give witness to the faith through your daily interactions with our community (students, faculty, staff, families) - Support St.

Robert Catholic School's mission, philosophy, and Student Learning Expectations (R.E.A.L. kids) - Prepare, deliver, and assess engaging and interactive lessons/units based on Archdiocesan Curriculum Guidelines - Document student learning and report and communicate to administration and with parents regularly - Collaborate with junior high team - Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, students, and parents - Supervise students inside and outside of the classroom, maintaining good rapport with students and effective classroom management - Engage with the school and parish community of St. Robert School - Preform all other duties outlined in our Faculty Handbook or assigned by the principal
