Jaden Health Care LLC is a leading healthcare provider delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/RN to join our dynamic healthcare team.

As an LPN at Jaden Health Care LLC, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional healthcare services to our patients right in the comfort of their homes.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to


  • Providing direct patient care in a compassionate and professional manner, including administering medications, G-tube, tracheostomy care, and Vent experience, would be a plus, as well as monitoring vital signs.
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, record medical histories, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and adjust care plans.
  • Safely administer medications, maintain accurate medication records, and educate patients on proper medication usage.
  • Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, documenting all nursing care, observations, and interventions.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
  • Adhere to strict infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe healthcare environment.

Emergency Response:
Respond effectively to medical emergencies and provide immediate care as needed.

Continuous Learning:
Stay current with nursing best practices and participate in ongoing training and professional development.

Qualifications

  • Current LPN license in Maryland. CPR certification. Pediatric experience within the last three years is a requirement.
