Support the Digital PR team at Parfums Christian Dior, across all three categories - makeup, fragrance, and skincare - to ensure a strong and impactful presence with media and digital talents across all social media platforms.

The Digital PR Coordinator will support the team in an administrative role with daily product send outs, large-scale seedings, as well as core organizational duties in support of the overall digital PR strategy.

Strong interest in the beauty industry and influencer landscape strongly recommended.

  • Support Digital PR strategy to enhance brand image, awareness and desire, ultimately driving conversion to sales through digital content.
  • Collaborate closely with Dior Paris HQ and local cross functional teams to support the execution the US PR and influencer strategy to meet business objectives.
  • Support in developing digital talent castings, calendars, influencer events, talent brand trips, special projects and new launch campaigns.
  • Facilitate vendor relationships to create mailing materials for both product launches and ongoing brand campaigns as needed.
  • Manage PR mailing programs, fulfilling product requests, inventory ordering and organization of PR closet.
  • Support in departmental administrative duties including organizing PR files, maintaining departmental supplies, tracking budget invoices, fulfilling product requests, product ordering and maintain PR closet.
  • Regularly monitor and track social media coverage Tribe Dynamics, compiling reports when needed.
  • Execute and distribute weekly and projectbased social reports.
  • Research competitive activity and conceptualize digital talent initiatives.
  • Ensure all assets and documents sent from Paris HQ are saved to the drive.
  • Assist with and manage travel arrangements and itineraries for brand trips.
  • Assist and support PR department as directed by carrying out administrative assignments accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Stay current with best practices, strategies and industry standards related to Influencer Marketing, PR and social media.
  • Explore new & emerging influencers for future gifting, event and partnership consideration.
  • Conduct all other jobrelated activities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of Public Relations / influencer marketing experience with a luxury beauty brand; Experience working directly with digital creators and respective managers/agents preferred
  • Strong understanding of the beauty, fashion and lifestyle industries as it relates to digital and social media
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends and the competitive landscape in North America and globally
  • Familiarity with Tribe Dynamics and EMV and strong command of digital KPIs and social media metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate across the organization at all levels
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate tact and discretion in preparing, disclosing and handling information of a confidential, controversial and sensitive nature
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (ie: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) as well as Microsoft OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to manage details and projects while responding to changing priorities and feedback

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc.

reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $70-80k.
