    Description
    The Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Marketing and Inside Sales team. This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule.
    Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesAssembles and packages marketing materials such as kits, catalogs, videos, displays, and samples for shipping. Assist the Marketing Coordinator with all tradeshow preparations.
    Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Inside Sales team.
    Understand company products and brands.
    General office duties.
    Maintain computer and manual files of all customer-order requests. Perform other duties as assigned.
    Requirements The minimum education required for this position is a High School Diploma or equivalent.

    Current enrollment in a related bachelor's degree program is preferred.0-3 years of relevant work experience in administration or marketing field.

    Effective written and verbal communication skills.
    High level of attention to detail.
    Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
    Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
    Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
    Good organization skills.
