Description
Kenilworth Medical Associates (KMA) is an Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology private practice located in the Chicagoland area.


Kenilworth Medical is seeking to hire a full time permanent Medical Assistant to work collaboratively with a small team of providers (one MD, one PA, and one NP) and nursing staff.

Applicant will receive training on site.

The Medical Assistant's responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Receive and direct phone calls, schedule appointments, check-in patients, obtain necessary patient information to file and update patient records, and ensure all forms and consents are completed by patients
  • Checkout patients, assist with referral processing, and arrange laboratory services
  • Handle some billing process
  • Prepare patients for examination, take vitals, and record patients' health history
  • Setup and administer injections and medications
  • Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
  • Assist physician with medical treatments, procedures, and exams
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with appropriate supplies

Requirements- Experience in Medical practice (preferred)


Typical hours per week:


  • 40hrs, Monday-Friday & Saturday mornings.

Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
