Nursing Director/ PDL (m/f/d) for a senior care facility near Ludwigsfelde.

Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and optimizing work schedules
  • Providing professional guidance to employees
  • Managing nursing and care processes, taking into account professional, legal, and qualityrelated aspects
  • Participating in the development of concepts, standards, and methods
  • Respectful leadership, motivation, and retention of employees

Your qualifications:

  • Completed training as a nursing professional (e.g. geriatric nurse, health and nursing care nurse, or pediatric nurse)
  • A managementrelated further education of at least 460 hours according to §80 SGB XI
  • A professional and customeroriented demeanor
  • Experience in leading teams
