Canyon Day is looking for a creative mind to join our team as a flooring apprentice for 2024 and 2025.

In our company, you will learn all about hardwood and laminate flooring, vinyl and design flooring, as well as carpet and other materials.

We are a family-owned business located in Ichenhausen, and for over 50 years, our top priority has been the satisfaction of our customers.

Our team combines the expertise and experience of our boss, flooring master, and long-term employees with the fresh ideas of our young team members.

We pride ourselves on providing personalized advice, individual planning, and high-quality execution for all of our projects. Our customers can expect a wide range of options, from traditional craftsmanship to modern design flooring.

As an apprentice, you will learn how to install various types of flooring, including solid wood, laminate, and cork, as well as how to work with elastic and textile materials like vinyl, linoleum, carpet, and needle felt.

You will also gain experience in renovating and restoring hardwood floors and stairs, sanding and treating surfaces with varnish or oil, and using different installation techniques.

Additionally, you will learn how to create different patterns and designs with flooring, install flooring on stairs, prepare subfloors, and install baseboards.
