Basic Function:

The Repair Liaison will contribute to our environment of total guest service by providing our guests with friendly, knowledgeable assistance with inspections and repair services.

Primary responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service
Strong organizational skills
Inspect jewelry to evaluate the condition and identify necessary repairs
Polish and clean jewelry
Complete repair paperwork, enter information into the Job Entry system
Answer phones, perform guest phone calls (including repair and estimate followup) and explain procedures and policies related to repairs
Monitor repair status in order to communicate between Design and Service Center and guests

Job Requirements:

Required Skills and Abilities include:

Sales, retail, technical knowledge and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.
Ability to work within a team environment and independently.
Professional approach and image.
Displays a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Willingness to learn, innovate and collaborate
Ability to perform simple numeric calculations and complete varied administrative tasks including typing, spelling and filing
Excellent communication skills
Reliable
Customer Service Experience preferred
Attention to detail, basic computer skills.
