The Work Adjustment Training Program, is designed to support and assist patients of the Adult Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program, to gain work experience, to best prepare them for competitive employment in the community.

Each participant will participate in the program, as a Medical Center Trainee, for a maximum of 12 weeks, and are given choices of different placements throughout the hospital.

Medical Center Trainee will perform essential functions assigned by supervisor in designated area of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center.
