- Act as liaison between Corporate Communications team and internal stakeholders to coordinate, develop and execute communications strategy to reach established goals.
- Manage content for assigned Marketing channels, suggesting strategic changes and areas for improvement.
- Maintain and update detailed content schedule (weekly, monthly, and yearly) for stakeholders and coordinate with Corporate Communications Manager.
- Collaborate frequently with other Marketing Department team members and management to align messaging and communication goals.
- Implement feedback and apply style changes to future assignments.
- Manage, research, and develop campaigns to align with best practices.
- Adhere to and enforce the department's style guide and ensures all materials are consistent in grammar, punctuation, formatting, and spelling.
- Contribute to and/or oversees special projects as assigned.
- B.A. in Communications, Digital Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or other relevant degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- 2-10 years relevant work experience.
- Strong project management skills, flexibility to shift focus to different projects depending on business demand, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of project management, design, and proofing tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, PC operating systems.
- Strong graphic design, content management, proofreading, employee engagement, and research skills required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with Team across multiple levels.
- Canva, SnapComms, and Intranet platforms experience a plus.
- Creative thinker, self-starter, with excellent attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
- Must be flexible and able to switch focus to different projects when business demands change.
- Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress and deliver on time.
- Ability to autonomously investigate/research information needed for projects.
- Comfortable communicating with all levels within organization, including senior management.
- Reliable and predictable attendance of your assigned shift.
- Ability to work full time and/or part time based on the position specifications.
