We stage 800+ homes in a year, well over 12,000 homes since 1998, and have set the standard for creating stunning spaces that captivate prospective homebuyers.

• Manager: reporting directly to the president/owner
• Location: Santa Clara, CA (18,000 sq. ft. warehouse)
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Wage: $25$28/hour

As the Warehouse Manager for OneTwoSix Design, you will take charge of our 20,000+ sqft warehouse located in Santa Clara.

Your role will encompass overseeing our valuable inventory, managing a dedicated team, and ensuring the seamless operation of our warehouse.

• Manage and optimize inventory organization, including furniture, decor, and staging items.
• Lead and inspire a team of warehouse personnel, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and organization.
• Fluent in both English and Spanish to facilitate effective communication with a diverse team.
• Utilize the "Stageforce software" to maintain accurate inventory records and streamline warehouse processes.
• Collaborate closely with our design team to meet client staging requirements.
• Proactively come up with best practices for inventory management and logistics.
• Coordinate the timely delivery and pickup of staging items to/from properties.
• Maintain detailed records of warehouse activities and inventory levels.

• Previous experience in a Warehouse Manager role, preferably within a real estate staging company.
• Proven team management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with inventory management software.
• Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Bilingual in English (must) and Spanish (ideally).
• Familiarity with interior design and staging principles is a plus.
