    Job Description

    • Summer position (ESY)
    • Beginning of June - End of July
    • Part time - 20 hours per week (will renew for 24/25 school year if good fit)
    • In-person only
    • Looking for a candidate with significant experience working with Autistic and Life Skills caseloads
    • Interviewing ASAP
    • More details upon interview

    Job Requirements

    • 60 college credits from a regionally accredited college/university OR qualifying score on the ParaPro assessment (score of 455 or better)
    • Prior experience working with sped populations
    • Mild/moderate/severe experience highly preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and school staff
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
    • Reliable Transportation
    • Punctual
    • Pass a drug test and a background check

    Interview Process

    • 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
    • 20-30 minute virtual/in-person interview with district
    • Offer is typically within 24 hours ofinterview

    As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
