- Proficiency in supporting students with high needs, aggressive behaviors, and medical fragility
- Prior school-related experience
- Ability to provide 2 references during the screening process
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Collaborative mindset to work with teachers and staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Access to reliable transportation
- Successful completion of drug test and background check
- Initial 10-15 minute call with a ProCare Recruiter
- Followed by a 20-30 minute interview with the district
- Offers typically provided within 24 hours of the virtual interview
