    The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines on public-sector construction projects in Texas. This includes administering prompt pay activities, tracking certified payroll submissions, and maintaining logs of subcontractor payment information.


    This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have experience working on similar projects and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements.




    • Familiarity with LCPtracker or other compliance platforms;

    • Strong communication skills;

    • Prompt pay tracking; certification documentation preparation;
