Description

Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs
Conduct inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
Utilize computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) to track work orders and document completed tasks
Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders and external customers
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory
Supervise and coordinate contractors for specialized repairs or projects
Interpret technical schematics and manuals to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in facilities maintenance or a related field
Strong electrical and mechanical knowledge, including the ability to work with logic controllers
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical schematics and manuals
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
