Customer Care Representative

Customer Care Responsibilities:


  • Independently respond to product and orderrelated inquiries from external and internal customers
  • Develop and improve relationships with external and internal customers
  • Assist in selecting the right product for their application and identifying potential sales opportunities, as well as contacting the appropriate sales representative
  • Independently check offer and delivery times for quotes and orders
  • Handle complaints
  • Collaborate closely with other departments
  • Analyze customer requests, inquiries, or problems using established procedures
  • Identify and report any cases of customer problems, potential sales inquiries, and system deficiencies that cannot be immediately resolved to the supervisor(s) and sales representative(s) and/or sales management
  • Document and archive documents according to company policies
  • Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability of the company while adhering to department and company policies
  • Assist with various additional tasks and projects within the Customer Care department

Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or completed commercial training
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical sales support
  • Good software skills in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong customer/service orientation and selfmotivation
  • Reliable
  • Independent and wellstructured work style
  • Willingness to be flexible
  • Excellent language skills in German and English, additional language skills are welcome
