Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Coordinator.
As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of various programs, as well as providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage program staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Coordinate program activities and ensure they are executed effectively
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and partnerships
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness
- Monitor program budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and reports Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in program development and management
- Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
