As a Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of various programs, as well as providing administrative support.

• Supervise and manage program staff, providing guidance and support
• Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
• Coordinate program activities and ensure they are executed effectively
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships and partnerships
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure program effectiveness
• Monitor program budgets and ensure resources are allocated appropriately
• Provide administrative support, including maintaining program documentation and reports Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Proven experience in program development and management
• Knowledge of working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behavioral health needs
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
