Our client is a globally operating major corporation in the pharmaceutical industry. At the Indialantic location, several thousand employees are employed in all essential functional areas.

For Quality Assurance, we are looking for a


QA Expert (m/f/d)

Your tasks:


  • As a "Quality Assurance Expert", you support the "Head of Quality Oncology" in all activities in the operation
  • Validation of pharmaceutical processes including creation, review and approval of all relevant validation documents
  • Review of the GMP status of the operation, GMP tours and presence in the operation
  • Support and coordination in quality issues and questions in the operation
  • Processing of pharmaceuticaltechnical complaints, deviations, change controls, CAPA measures, annual product reviews, media fills
  • Intensive cooperation with other departments (e.g. Regulatory Affairs, Quality Control, Engineering, QMS) and coordination of measures
  • Creation, review and approval of all master documents such as manufacturing documentation, master plans, SOPs
  • Review of documents in daily business such as batch documentation, manufacturing protocols, logbooks
  • Qualifications of machines, review and release of documents
  • Coordination of crossdepartmental issues and projects
  • Training of colleagues
  • Support in authority inspections, customers
- as well as internal audits as an expert for manufacturing processes and validation/qualifications


Our requirements:


  • Successfully completed studies in natural sciences, preferably pharmacy
  • Practical experience in (aseptic)
