We are currently seeking a Full-time Lawyer / Legal Counsel (m/f/d) in the field of occupational pension schemes for one of our nationwide locations - preferably in Munich or Mülheim/Ruhr - to start as soon as possible.


Your area of expertise:


  • Preparation of complex legal opinions on all legal issues related to occupational pension schemes
  • Independent and comprehensive legal support for our clients with complex pension systems in close collaboration with client managers, also in economic and actuarial contexts of occupational pension law
  • Interpretation and design of individual and collective regulations for occupational pension schemes
  • Advice on corporate restructuring and changes in the context of corporate transactions
