Description

The purpose of this position is to assist the HR department perform a variety of HR related administrative functions including but not limited to assisting with onboarding employees, inputting employee payroll and timekeeping information into various systems, preparing performance reviews, maintaining employee files as well as assisting with employee relations.


Essential Functions:


  • Assists HR team to perform a variety of HR related administrative functions including but not limited to assisting with the employee onboarding, inputting information into payroll and timekeeping system, preparing reviews, and maintaining employee files.
  • Assist or perform hourly recruitment and selection activities
  • Coordinates a variety of HR/employee meetings, trainings and orientation programs.
  • Execute projects at HR Manager's direction and manages ongoing maintenance of existing projects and programs.
  • Maintains employee electronic/paper files and employee documentation.
  • Answers employee questions regarding a variety of HR topics.
  • Enhances department and organizational effectiveness by working with employees at all levels of the organization to accomplish organizational goals.

Job Qualifications:


  • Associates degree un Human Resources, Business or other related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, multitask and prioritize workload
  • Ability to take direction and work independently, as needed
  • Possesses a high level of personal integrity and ability to work with highly confidential information is a must
  • Ability to take initiative, with a demonstrated passion and commitment for getting the job done right the first time, to meet stakeholder expectations
  • Excellent computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office, are required. Knowledge of Paycor timekeeping helpful
  • Bilingual skills preferred.

Working conditions:


Position will primarily be located in a controlled office environment with frequent requirements to conduct work in the warehouse or production areas.

Other requirements including standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, fingering, grasping, use of personal computer and related office equipment, and a minimum 40 work hours per week.

Minimal travel may be required.


Pay:
$ $24.00 per year

Schedule:
