Münster Electrochemical Energy Technology (MEET) is the battery research center of the University of Münster.

Here, an international team of around 130 scientists works on the research and development of innovative electrochemical energy storage with higher energy density, longer durability, and maximum safety.

The goal is to improve batteries for use in electric cars and stationary energy storage systems - and to do so at the lowest possible cost.

MEET aims to contribute to the competitiveness of its regional and national partners in battery research, specifically in the field of lithium-ion technology.

At the MEET battery research center of the University of Münster, in the "Analytics & Environment" department, we are looking to fill the position of


Research Associate

(E 13 TV-L)
starting on May 1, 2024. The position is part-time (65%) and is initially limited to 3 years. The teaching obligation is 4 hours per week for a full-time position.
