- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients within the telecommunications (Service provider) industry.
- Client relationship Management and Business development, lead client relationships and build portfolio of >$20 MN, responsible for end to end Sales Process and in-life management of customer relationship (post sales). Should be familiar with cross selling various service lines for customers
- Ability to present and interact at all levels, and have consultative sales capability.
- Ability to work and collaborate across other teams in various service lines and anchor together for the account.
- Exposure to delivery, sales or pre-sales roles will be required
- Understand the specific needs and challenges of customer and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Own and Build the Account Plan and Sales Strategy for B2B, IT vertical.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.
- Drive thought leadership in the vertical supporting Enterprise (Business to Business).
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and to address client needs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns or issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Work closely with senior customer team (VPs and Directors) to suggest, advice, evaluate and drive business growth.
- 8 to 10+ years of relevant experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience
- Business development and project management experience
- Experience in the Telecommunications, Media or similar industry domain
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Wide variety of IT and business consulting engagement experience
- Highly organized with the ability to manage clients in large and complex structures.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve results and exceed client expectations.#LI-AD1
