Job Overview:
Digital Manufacturing Assistant

TruFIT Customs is a start-up e-commerce brand and manufacturer that uses modern 3D technology to provide convenient and affordable custom-fit products, mainly custom-fit mouthguards for sports.

TruFIT is a custom-fit mouthpiece provider to many professional sports teams in the NFL, NHL, NBA, and PLL. Additionally TruFIT provides on-demand custom-fit products to individual customers in the USA and Canada.

Hire will assist TruFIT's Digital Design and Manufacturing Teams to fabricate TruFIT products.


Hire will be working with:

• Produce CAM for products
• 3D print and postprocess models
• Thermaform material on 3D printed models
• Use a 5axis mill to cut CAM paths
• Additional duties may be assigned

Previous experience is ideal but not required:

• CAD/CAM experience in a Dental environment
• Experience operating thermaform machines
• Experience with 3D printers
• Experience with 5axis mills
• Have experience using a computer
• Have excellent handeye coordination
• Be able to use both hands
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Be willing to work under supervision, but also be an independent worker
• Be fluent in the written and spoken English language
• Be willing to wear PPE as needed
• Other duties may be assigned

Looking for a long-term hire who is interested in growing with the company. This is an entry level position.

Pay:
$ $18.00 per hour
